Turnaround management: In many cases we have performed successfully turnaround exercises in different countries (EMEA) and in different markets. In most cases we have executed a plan of corporate renewal. Before we can stipulate a viable turnaround strategy we analyse and identify the root cause or causes of the crisis. While each case is unique our process frequently involves following stages: 1/ Management Change – We take over the management 2/ Situation analysis – change of top management, divestment, revenue increase, cost reduction,… 3/ Emergency Action Plan – achieve positive cash flow asap 4/ Business Restructuring – improving continuing operations, adjusting the product mix, repositioning, focus on achieving sustained profitability. 5/ Return to normalcy – growing the restructured business while maintaining a strong balance sheet |
